To establish guidelines to appraise and continuously monitor the performance of employees based on the profile of the company and the agreed performance objectives. To help maintain or improve employee job performance through the use of objective setting, appraisal, coaching and feedback.

Human Resources Scope Deliverable(s)

1) A minimum of 30 consultancy hours
• ICV pre-qualified consultant must hold the opening and progress update/closing meetings
2) Conduct a diagnostic, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the company pertaining to the module, prior to start of project.
3) Project Report includes :
• Project Objectives
• Project Team
• SME profile
• Diagnosis of SME’s needs
• Detailed diagnostic results and corresponding recommendations to address gaps
• Review and development of appraisal cycle with detailed process steps and flow chart
• Review and development of KPIs (e.g. scaler rating system) for key positions; provide detailed guidelines, templates including scoring instructions with examples
• Establishment of link between performance and annual increment, bonus payout, promotion, transfer and career development; provide detailed guidelines, including instructions with examples and templates, for company’s future review and adjustment
• Provide guidance on managing poor performers, including developing of templates (e.g. using Performance Improvement Plan)
• A project action plan for implementation by the company indicating steps, timeline, resources and considerations; recommendations should be for both short-term and long-term
• An overall Performance Management policy customised for the company

To establish guidelines for training and development of employees, providing competency-based training roadmap and training plan based on organizational and individual needs.
